BLANKET
A “low-rez” revitalization proposal for central Philadelphia.
To save on maintenance & improve the appearance of vast under-utilizes residential areas in the city center, unused infrastructure is covered up (blanketed) by a mix of demolition debris and fertile soil, and then planted. Until the funds to use & maintain the area as a residential zone are available again the farmland is back into the middle of the city.
