Can we try an explanation text under the drawings & sketches (i.e First Floor Plan). You can add as much text as you'd like, taking into account the fact that the longer it is the more shift it will cause on the following section. We can alleviate this by either making the explanation shorter or the font size smaller. Let me know what you think.
